Steps to clear cookies
Step 1: Open your live store, then click on the menu/settings icon shown beside the browser URL address bar.
Step 2: From the menu, click on the Cookies and site data option.
Step 3: Now, click on Manage Cookies and Site Data option.
Step 4: Click Delete (trash icon) to remove the stored cookies for your store.
Step 5: After deleting the cookies, click on Done to complete the process.
