How to Customize Entrance Pop-up setting, Inner and Outer Backgrounds Settings.

Before you start customizing the popup background settings, here is the guide to open the entrance popup Settings page.

Once you open the settings page, on the left setting scroll down to the middle. You will see the popup settings. In this section, it's divided into three parts:

Popup Settings – Choose the popup animation appearance.
Popup Background – Customize the background inside the popup
Outer Popup Background – Adjust the background outside the popup

Pop-up settings

Select the popup animation from the dropdown list.
You can choose from effects such as Fade In, Zoom In, Swing, Shake, and 30+ other transition options.
By default, the animation is set to None.

Popup Background Settings

You can adjust the height, width, top & bottom padding, and left & right padding to control the popup layout. You can also change the background color and set the background layer opacity to controls the transparency of the popup background with text OR without text.

Enable the background image option by checking the box, then upload an image to display it as the popup background.

Note: Valid types for popup background images are jpg, jpeg, png, and webp. and the Maximum file size should be 2 MB.

Customize the popup border using Border Width, Border Radius, and Border Color. Changes will appear in the preview on the right.

Outer Pop-up Background Settings

Customize the outer popup background by changing the Outer Layer Color and Outer Layer Opacity. Changes will appear in the preview.

Enable the background image option by checking the box, then upload an image to display it as the outer popup background.

Note: Valid types for popup outer background images are jpg, jpeg, png, and webp. and the Maximum file size should be 2 MB.

Once you’ve completed all the required changes, click the Save button at the top center or the top right of the screen to save them.
