First, open the app, and you will land on the dashboard page. You can access the Age popup settings page in two ways. The first is by navigating through the left side app menu and selecting 'Settings.' Alternatively, you can find it in the 'App Setup' section under 'Customizer popup.' Look for the 'Go to Customize' button, click on it, and it will take you to the Age popup setting page.
In the 'Customizations' section, to set up age verification settings, please check the available customization options for adjusting your verification settings.There are two options available: 'No input' and 'Via birthdate'.
If you don't want any age restriction verification, just choose 'No input' in the verification settings' options.
if you want to enable age restriction verification, choose 'Via birthdate'. You can see this in the preview as shown in the image.
In the 'verification settings' options, there is an 'Age' field. You can use this field to set an age limit for your age restriction criteria. The value in this field will be used in two ways. First, it will be displayed in a 'Sub-Heading' text, using the variable '{{minimum_age}}' to show the age. Second, it is used for birthday verification to enforce the age restriction limit.
After choosing 'Via birthdate,' the date format will be displayed below. There are two available formats: European date format (DD/MM/YYYY) and US date format (MM/DD/YYYY). By default, the European date format is selected, but you can choose according to your preference.
After that, click the 'Save' button, and your changes will be visible in your store.
