How to Remove the “Powered by” Brand Mark
This article explains how to request removal of the watermark or brand mark from the Age Verification Popup.

Before you start customizing the Entrance popup , here is the guide to open the entrance popup Settings page.
You can request watermark removal in either of the following ways:
- Open the AVP – Age Verification Popup app in your Shopify admin.
- Go to the Entrance Popup section.
- In the popup preview, click “Click to remove brand mark” to send the email.
OR
- Contact us through Live Chat.
- Our support team will review your request and remove the watermark for you immediately.
Important Note
The watermark cannot be removed manually from the app settings.
