Entrance Popup Customization

Open the app, and you will see the "Entrance Popup" option below the app name in the left menu. Click on it to open the Entrance popup customization page.

1. Settings — Country and Language
In this section, you can select the market you want to customize. The popup customization will be applied based on the selected market.

If you have multiple markets, choose the required market from the drop-down list.

The default market will be shown to all visitors around the globe.


2. Entrance Age Verification Popup On/Off 
This setting controls whether the age verification popup appears on your website.

    3. Popup Layouts

    In this section, you can choose predefined popup template/layout style on your store.

    4. Verification Settings

    In this section, Set the minimum age requirement and choose one of the verification methods: No Input, Via Birthdate, and Checkbox.

    You can customize each option based on your store’s requirements.

    5. Popup Show Settings

    This section includes three appearance settings:

      1. Development Preview — Shows the popup on all pages for testing. Turn this off after customization is completed.
      2. Show Every Time — Shows the popup on every new session of the visitor.
      3. Cookie Duration — Hides the popup for the number of days you set after a visitor verifies their age.

      6. Heading and Subheading Settings

      In this section, you can customize the popup heading and subheading to match your store’s theme.

      7. Button Settings

      In this section, you can customize Button 1 (Agree) and Button 2 (Disagree) to match your store’s design.

      8. Popup Settings

      In this section, you can customize the popup animation, height, width, border, padding, inner background, and outer background.

      9. Popup Logo Settings

      In this section, you can upload and customize your logo. You can display the logo in a circular or square shape to match your store’s branding.

      10. Display Criteria

      In this section, you can choose where the popup should appear on All PagesSpecific URLs or Specific products, collections or tags.

      11. Privacy Policy Settings

      In this section, you can customize the privacy policy text based on your store’s requirements.

      12.  Monthly Analysis

      Enable this checkbox if you want to opt out of receiving monthly analytics emails.

      If this checkbox is not enabled, the monthly report will be sent to your email address.


      13. Advanced Settings — Developers Only
      This section allows developers to add custom CSS or custom scripts for store-specific popup customization.

      Advanced Settings are intended for developers only.


      Save Changes
      Once you’ve completed all the required changes, click the Save button at the top center or the top right of the screen to apply the customization.
