Open the app, and you will see the Checkout Verification option below the app name in the left menu. Click on it to open the Checkout Verification Setting page or click on the "Checkout Verification" button shown in the setup guide.
Checkout Verification for Shopify Non-Plus Store
For non-Shopify Plus stores, the Checkout Verification settings can only display an informational banner on the checkout page. Restricting the "Pay Now" button is available only for Shopify Plus stores.

Checkout Verification for Shopify Plus Store
For Shopify Plus stores, the Checkout Verification settings allow you to display an Info banner, verify the customer’s age using a date-of-birth selector, or a checkbox input on the checkout page.
Customize the settings based on your store requirements, then click Save to apply the changes.
