This article explains how to update/upgrade your plan, downgrade, cancel, switch to the Free plan, or uninstall the AVP app.

1️⃣ Does the App Offer a Free Plan?
Yes, our app offers a
Free plan with limited access.
You can customize the Entrance Popup age limit, heading, subheading and buttons text fields. Upgrade to a Basic or Premium plan anytime to unlock more feature's.
2️⃣ How to Update or Upgrade Your Plan
You can update your plan directly from the
Plan page.
Open the app and go to the
Plan page.
Select the plan you want to
upgrade to, then
approve the charges. Once approved, your selected plan will be
activated automatically.
3️⃣ How to Downgrade Your Plan
You can downgrade your plan directly from the
Plan page.
Open the app and go to the
Plan page. Select the
lower plan you want to
downgrade to, then
approve the change. After downgrading, features from your previous higher plan may no longer be available.
- Downgrading from Premium to Basic will remove access to advanced pop-up customization and multilingual settings.
- Downgrading to the Free plan will disable all paid features. You can still customize the Entrance Popup age limit, heading, subheading and button text fields.
If you upgrade again later, you will regain access to the paid features. However, some previous settings may need to be configured again.

4️⃣ How to Cancel Your Paid Plan Without Uninstalling the App
If you want to stop future paid charges but continue using the app, you can switch to the
Free plan.
Open the app and go to the
Plan page.
Select the Free plan. This will cancel your paid subscription and stop future paid charges. You can upgrade again anytime
5️⃣ What Happens After Cancellation?
After cancellation, your paid plan will be changed to the
Free plan.
You will no longer have access to paid features, and some settings connected to paid features will stop working or may need to be reconfigured later if you upgrade again.
Your
future paid subscription charges will stop once the plan is changed to the Free plan.
6️⃣ What Happens After I Uninstall the App?
Once you uninstall the app, your app data and settings will be permanently removed.
If you are on a paid plan, uninstalling the app from your store will automatically end your subscription, and you will not incur any further charges.
If you only want to stop paid charges, we recommend switching to the Free plan instead of uninstalling the app.
7️⃣ If I uninstall the app, will my previous settings be restored when I reinstall it?
No. After uninstalling the app, your previous settings and app data will be removed. If you reinstall the app, you will need to configure the app again.
